Patient Satisfaction
Our patient is our priority at DMA. We strive to anticipate and meet the needs and expectations for our patients with regard to service, quality, access and safety.
Patient input and feedback are crucial to DMA as it helps us to further enhance our patients’ experience and provide the best possible care.
Patient comment cards are located throughout our health centers and we encourage our patients to use them. Every comment card is read by someone on our management team.
Recognizing that patient perceptions about our organization can have a direct impact on clinical outcomes, DMA also participates in patient satisfaction surveys administered by Press Ganey. Each year, 10,000 surveys are mailed on a random basis to patients after their visit at DMA.
