Patient Safety
DMA understands the importance to operate within a culture of safety for our patients, employees and visitors. We strive to continuously improve and deliver care that is safe, effective, efficient, and patient-centered. DMA investigates all internal safety events to assure that appropriate action is taken, and if necessary new processes are developed to ensure the event does not reoccur. DMA has invested in a Safety and Reporting System to identify opportunities to provide the safest environment for our patients, providers and staff.
