Dedham Medical Associates Breaks Ground on New Health Center in Norwood, MA

NORWOOD, MA – October 21, 2011 – Dedham Medical Associates is excited to announce that it has broken ground on our new health center in Norwood. The new health center, located on Route 1 in Norwood, (1177 Boston/Providence Highway), is anticipated to achieve LEED Silver certification for new construction by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and will be the first building in Norwood to do so. Similar to DMA’s current Norwood health center one half mile away at 325 River Ridge Drive (off Route 1), this new health center will offer adult and pediatric primary care, Ob/Gyn, dermatology, cardiology, lab and x-ray, plus the additional specialties of surgery, urology, orthopedics, podiatry and optometry.

We are excited to be growing to better meet the needs of our patients and look forward to enhancing the patient experience in a larger space with more clinical specialties. The occupancy date for the new health center will be March 2013. Please check back for updates.
