Description:	Responsible for the management of the OB/GYN clinical and administrative staffs at our Dedham and Norwood locations. Must have strong operational experience to maximize and advance the goals of the practice and optimize patient care within our collaborative practice. Must have proven ability to problem solve and effectively handle all matters relating to patient scheduling, staffing and supervision, training, budgeting, and process improvement. Will have practice marketing and practice development responsibilities. Must possess the equivalent of a bachelor´s degree, have 4+ years of management experience in a clinical practice setting ; OB/GYN preferred. Must have excellent communication skills.
