Description:	Reporting to the CEO, will work collaboratively with other senior managers to support operational initiatives and develop business integrated technology solutions and leadership. Will develop, plan and implement IT and telecommunication strategies that support the company’s strategic mission and contribute to long-term competitive growth. Must be able to accurately identify and assess technology needs, forecast changes in systems and applications, and proactively align IT infrastructure with company goals and objectives. Responsible for IT budget (capital and operating) of approximately $2 million. Develop and maintain refresh cycle programs for hardware and prudent maintenance of software to guarantee the stability and integrity of technical infrastructure. Will represent and advocate for DMA as the IT liaison within the larger Atrius Health affiliation. Must possess highly developed communication skills in order to effectively interact with internal and external customers, negotiate contracts, evaluate and manage vendors, and lead IT initiatives. Leading a team of 7 professional IT staff, must be able to expertly plan and execute the support for competing IT requirements, (i.e., clinical, financial, telecommunication, compliance, purchasing, HR, marketing, etc) as well as develop troubleshoot solutions, and create implementation strategies for Windows network, server, and security issues (serving as Security Officer). The equiv. of a master’s degree in IT, or related field, and experience in a healthcare environment is desired. We require 5-7 years of proven IT experience at a senior level
