Description:	Act in a leadership capacity to supervise all aspects of daily operations of the clinical staff; communicate with department management and providers regarding daily operations; interact as needed with other departments to facilitate patient care. The Pediatric lead nurse will also perform staff RN functions on a daily basis. Strong telephone triage skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary Previous experience with electronic medical records is preferred. Must have current MA RN license and CPR certification. (Grade 11)
